Maine Wood Carvers Association - Meetings

On Saturday, January 19, 2013 there will be a Downeast Wood Carving & Wildlife Art Show Meeting on Rte 1 in Newcastle at 4:00 pm at D & L Printing (Jim Wade's business) following the Bellamy Eagle Seminar.

On Saturday, January 12, 2013 there will be a MWCA Board of Directors Meeting at the East Sumner Congregational Church.  The meeting will be from 11:00 am - 12:00 noon followed by a Pot Luck Lunch from 12:00 - 1:00 pm. After lunch the Streaked Mountain Wood Carvers will be holding their regular meeting. Everyone is welcome to join them.

On Saturday, September 29, 2012 there will be a a Board of Directors and The 2012 Downeast Wood Carving & Wildlife Art Show Wrap-up Meeting at Barbara and Jim Wade’s home at 68 Walpole Meeting House Rd. in Walpole. We will discuss the show after the fact, so that lessons learned are captured and issues analyzed. We can then make discisions for next year’s show. On Saturday, June 9, 2012 please join us for a Maine Wood Carvers Association General Meeting. It will be held at the Vienna Community Center on Kimball Pond Road in Vienna. There will be a Pot Luck Lunch from 12:00 - 1:00 pm followed by a brief meeting to vote on change to our By-laws and a couple other items. The remainder of the time will be used to organize the Show Trailer. The Downeast Wood Carving and Wildlife Art Show will be here before you know it.
